LAFAYETTE SERVICE UNIT
The 2011 Fall Sale will run from October 1-November 20.
Girls will begin pre-orders on October 1 and will deliver in late October/early November.
Public Sales will run from Friday, November 4 through Sunday, November 20.
SEPTEMBER
Sep 21: Fall Product Sales Manager Training 5:30-7 pm at P&L Framing 15 Fiesta Lane.
OCTOBER
Oct 1-16: Initial Orders for nuts, candy, magazines
Oct 17: Girl order due to troop
Oct 18: Troop order due; lockout 11:59 pm
Oct 28-Nov 3: Troops pick-up product (Exact date TBD) and make deliveries
NOVEMBER
Nov 4-20: Public (Booth) Sales
Nov 21: Last day to return product to cupboard; girl money due to troop
Nov 28: Troop deposit due
Nov 29: Final paperwork due
DECEMBER
TBD: Recognition pick-up (actual date TBD)
Steps for Troops Participating in the Fall Sale
1. Register your troop. Make sure you’ve turned in last year’s financial report.
2. Obtain signed permission slips from each girl. Make sure the Product Sales box is checked.
3. Complete Fall Sale on-line Troop training. Receive all product materials from your Service Unit Fall Sales

* Girl Packet includes – order card, QSP Magazine Ordering Pack, Money Collection Envelope
* QSP Magazine Program Materials
* Fall Product Girl Activity Guide
* Troop Worksheets
* Product and Money Receipt Books (2)
4. New Troops request Troop Bank Kit.
* Bank endorsement stamp for Product Sales
* ATM card with Product Sales encoded on the front
* Deposit slips for your troop
5. Meet with your troop to distribute the material and tell them about the program.
6. Lead the girls in a Fall Sale related activity.
